Please note a limited number of grant funded rooms are available. If your agency can afford your lodging, it helps
make rooms available to agencies who do not have budget funds available. A limited number of complimentary
grant funded rooms (DOUBLE OCCUPANCY) are available for 2 nights, September 4-5, 2024.
Rooms will fill quickly and are reserved in the order they are completed and returned.
Note: State regulations stipulate lodging can only be provided for
Kentucky residents residing outside a 40-mile radius of the training site.
The KNOA Membership/Conference Registration Form for 2024 is attached and all we ask is that you become
a member or maintain your membership. We will once again have a Membership package (apparel item, etc.)
that is much more in retail value than the $50 membership. If your agency will pay your membership and needs
an Invoice, please contact [email protected].
Also, if you have any action photos appropriate for the cover of the Conference Program, please e-mail
those to [email protected].
KNOA Membership/Conference Registration Form Instructions
• Each attendee must legibly complete and send a KNOA MEMBERSHIP/CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
FORM along with their $50.00 KNOA Membership Fee to: [email protected] or to KNOA,
429 1⁄2 East 10th Avenue, Suite 1, Bowling Green, KY 42101-2211 or Credit Card payment can be made via
telephone at 270-843-5343.
• Each attendee, whether attending the conference daily, self-paying or requesting a complimentary grant
funded room, must legibly complete a MEMBERSHIP/CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM and e-Mail it to:

Please do not duplicate registration forms by sending to multiple people/e-mail accounts. This
causes a duplication of rooms, slows the registration process, and can possibly cause another officer to not
receive a complimentary grant funded room.
Everyone requesting a grant funded room will receive an e-mail when the registration list is complete to confirm the status
of their request. (Only if you are unable to send forms by e-Mail – FAX them to 270-843-5347)
Lodging (Self-pay) Instructions
Participants paying for their own lodging (self-pay) should follow the instructions below:

The prevailing government rate is $110 + taxes, which includes complimentary self-parking in their parking garage and complimentary Wi-Fi. This discounted rate expires August 14, 2024, or whenever all rooms are reserved.
Cancellation Information
Contact the hotel directly for cancellations ONLY if you or your agency are paying for the room. Otherwise, please contact [email protected].
Failure to report a “complimentary” grant funded room cancellation to [email protected] prior to C.O.B. Friday, August 30th, may prevent other officers from attending this training. This may result in you (or your agency) being held responsible for the cost of the room.
